Religion- a way through darkness

Being a part of the country where you can experience differences in physical attributes, skin color, castes, creed, cultural and religious practice altogether is such a beautiful blessing. Unity in Diversity is what India is known for. And that is why the country is incredible. Let’s have a tour to this religious journey then.

When a child is born, it automatically becomes a part of one particular religious organization with the invisible stamp. Who must have invented those stamps? The father of all religions? Nobody knows exactly when the religious custom came on the earth. Its written evidence was found around 5000 years ago (3200 BC). Only written records of religious history were known. There are 7 main religions in the world. So 7 main fathers we can consider? And these fathers today we call them “God”. The creator.

One day I had a dream, our country didn't have any borders, other countries too. Whole world was living like a big family and celebrating a festival. The world was following only one religion that was a humanity..! All were speaking the same language. No state war, no language problems, no religion issues, no caste, no racism. All were happy. Tring Tring..! Suddenly an alarm rang and I woke up.             Sometimes I feel there should be only one religion. That will solve plenty of the problems of the world. But then I think of the way I am currently living. I got goosebumps thinking if that dream ever became true. Life will become so boring! We will never get to see and celebrate an infinite number of festivals. Those different tasty foods which differ religiously. We will never get to learn different lessons given by our different Gods. Those different languages that are changed every few miles. Our knowledge will become so limited. Every friend of ours has the same dressings as ours, same dishes as we cook, same god, same teachings, same language, same color. Now the same dream seems horrible.  Living with this diverse world, but always together. Teaching and getting taught everyday some new things. Now, this is what we call a colorful life.

The religions had the power of making people happy mentally & physically until one started to misuse it. Misuse by political parties, different countries for gaining power and many more. But it all starts from YOU. It's not necessary that your teacher be always right. Yes the religious teachers I am talking about. Creating the fear of God to keep people on the right path. It's good to faith and worship God. It's good to believe in the pathways shown by those instigators. But, it's not good to change the custom at our convenience in the name of religion. And this religious organization took a different turn.

In the name of worshiping the God, people carry so many superstitions and do cruelty. For example, God will be angry if no human or animal is sacrificed. Think about it, the God who created this beautiful world. How can he like to see the murder of his own creation? Eventually people perish who fall into the clutches of superstition.

Some political parties take advantage of this attitude of people. Take advantage of the religious quarrels. The result is theism and casteism. Some hypocrite people call themselves angels. People get caught in the trap of their religious speech. They create strife between the two religions and people destroy public property. People need to know who is genuine and who is hypocrite.

Every religion has its own rituals and methods. After all this is a matter of faith.. It is said that after death one gets to heaven or hell according to one's deeds. Of Course we have to die to see it, but it's one’s deeds not the religion which decides your place.

When we deeply study religion we get to know all the religions have the same conclusion, which is “Humanity, faith & brotherhood" and if we all follow that my dream may come true but with a different version. As in, the religions will be there. But keeping humanity still. Living together happily. For that let's do some good work and raise each other, let's make him happy. The creator of us. Not human made god, but Nature as a god!!  After all humanity is the first religion which we all have to follow...!

Really a great thought...All we need to understand the main Moto of every religion is to carry positivity and happiness. And not spreading inequality. Let's live together with brotherhood..let's show gratitude to our creator THE NATURE.

Very true words. Nature itself is a God, why we need such heavy religious practices which violets laws of nature? Don't you think this is ridiculous? Vedas in Hindu mythology says about 'Panchmahabhuta' that are 5 basic and essential elements from nature. Some people treats religion as their commercial business, and finds themselve above the nature. These people and their mindset are just pathetic. Around 4500 years ago, people were truly civilised than today. In, Indus Valley Civilization people were worshiping nature, and no specific Religion and cast system was there, thats why I'm saying they were civilized and we are not civiled yet. At the end, I wan to tell 'Respect nature, nature will protect you'. Be responsible.
