  Science, technology and innovation have had a great impact on economic growth and social development in India.Actually technology represents man’s attempt to make life easier.We know that “India is a grown up country”.Technical advances improves people’s standard of living,increase leisure time,help eliminate poverty and lead to a greater variety of products.An innovative idea from one man not only contributes to progress our country but also creates the condition permitting to advance even further.we have come a long way from being a underdeveloped country ruled by the British to one of the most promising economies of the developing world. We have a great market and huge talent pool to fuel our growth. Though still a developing country.We have growth in all areas of technology. Over the years we have touched almost all dimensions of technology evolution. From industrial growth to automated factories. From local shops to globally sourced market places. 

        But at the time of British,India also developed some of the new technologies.As we know that Hyder ali and his son Tipu sultan deployed them effectively against the larger British East India Company forces during the Anglo-Mysore Wars.These missiles were fitted with swords and traveled hundreds of meters through the air.But the British took interest in the technology and developed in further during 19th century.And at that time Britisher makes the advanced features as iron tubes for holding the propellant. Because of this the missiles cover the longer distance. But the origin was Indians only.The investigation of radio and microwave optics, made significant contributions to plant science, and laid the foundations of experimental science in the Indian subcontinent which were developed by Jagdish Chandra Bose.As we conclude about the scientific technology about our India,then it is very quick.Britishers took over our nation and completely ruined it’s scientific culture and advancements. They started exporting iron ore to plants in Britain rather than use it for making finished products in India as part of helping their own industry at the cost of Indian industry. They also secretly conveyed our art of surgery and astronomical theories for research to the universities in Britain. Gradually, India fell behind in the march of technology and European countries which had been backward earlier, took the lead.As we know our India is famous for turmeric crop.But the patent on turmeric was from US.So after many struggle in 1995 to two researchers from our India named as, Soman K. Das and Harihar Kohli who helped to change name of US patent to Indian patent.

         We know about Jayant Vishnu Narlikar who is an Indian astrophysicist.He developed with Sir Fred Hoyle the conformal gravity theory, known as Hoyle–Narlikar theory. It synthesises Albert Einstein's theory of relativity and Mach's principle. It proposes that the inertial mass of a particle is a function of the masses of all other particles, multiplied by a coupling constant, which is a function of cosmic epoch.As we all know about ISRO.They worked very hardly to help For India  to get success.Indian Space Research Organisation, formed in 1969, superseded the erstwhile INCOSPAR. Vikram Sarabhai, having identified the role and importance of space technology in a Nation's development, provided ISRO the necessary direction to function as an agent of development.ISRO developed Chandrayaan-1,Chandrayaan-2.Also we know that the first passenger train in India ran between Bombay (Bori Bunder) and Thane on 16 April 1853. The 14-carriage train was hauled by three people named as Sahib, Sindh and Sultan.And in 1854 the track was extended furthermore.So many more technologies which were developed by India.Also India had its own medical systems named Ayurveda and Siddha. Also, the first person to explain the concept of surgery was an Indian- Sushruta who wrote a detailed procedure of it in his book titled ‘Sushruta Samhita’.

         Nowadays technology has developed much faster than before 7decades.It is done only because of the innovative ideas of Indian people.Due to the internet all the people were connected to each other very quickly.But after the Independence of India,Indian scientists as well as Indian people invented many more technologies.Now in up coming days our India have the best technological skills than that of the other countries.So that all countries need to use our techniques to solve their issues which they were facing.We are proud to be a part of this technology revolution and are focusing on the trends in the IT industry. Now we are shaping the future of industry with the help of Artificial intelligence based applications.So we are so lucky,because we are a part of this India.
