The Science behind Antim Sanskar related all the Rituals

As we know almost all the other Religions bury the dead while in Hinduism we burn the dead, which is actually _scientific_.

 As the modern science says a *dead body is a source of infinite Free DNA* _(Free DNA is the origin of all naturally existing viruses)_ therefore chances of *spreading of any newly created viral Disease* are more when a person _stays for longer time near a dead body_,

Hence in order to avoid that, the *dead body must be disposed properly*. Even the *modern science accepts that burying the dead takes longer time* for the body to _decompose_ *(4-5 years, or more depending on the wood quality of the coffin)* while *by burning the body is completely destroyed.* 

_Modern science accepts that burning is the best way for dead body disposal_, that's why during *Ebola crisis and Covid - 19 crisis bodies were asked to be burnt*. 

Now comes another important point - *Why do we take bath after returning from Shamshan and why females aren't allowed there.*

Well, some text works claim _there is negativity spread all around and females are affected more therefore they're not allowed_, but the science behind this is; as we know *being in contact with dead body is unhealthy and females have long hairs*. *Hairs trap dirt and dust which is harmful for health when is from such place like Shamshan therefore females aren't allowed there,*

Some text works claim that hairs due to _black color attract the negativity hence hairs should be removed_ but since _female hairs are sign of Laxmi therefore they shouldn't be removed_. But As I mentioned *hairs easily trap dust and dirt that's why they should be removed* and that's the science behind it, *Females hairs don't need to be cut because they aren't allowed to go to Shamshan*.

Today as due to covid-19 pendamic almost everyone has learnt about the *Quarantine* so That's the reason after death the *family stays in for 12 days (Home Quarantined)*. And at _13th Day Shanti Hawan_ is done, the purpose of which is also scientific. *The smoke of hawan samagri and mango sticks detoxify the home where it's being conducted as well as the family members are asked to pour Hawan Samagri (They also inhale the smoke which is healthy for them).*

Asthiyan(ash of dead body) is flown in river or any water body that helps in sedimentation of Dirt and impurities present in water

So this is the science behind all these practises.
